Main Article Content
Abstract
This study examines the influence of financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial experience on the financial behavior of Generation Z students at Politeknik Bintan Cakrawala. A quantitative survey approach was used with 58 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with Jamovi. The results indicate that financial literacy does not have a significant effect on financial behavior (p = 0.561). Financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior (p < 0.001), while financial experience does not have a significant effect on financial behavior (p = 0.155). Simultaneously, financial literacy, financial attitude, and financial experience significantly affect financial behavior (p < 0.001). The model explains 59.7% of the variance in financial behavior, while the remaining 40.3% is influenced by variables outside the study.
